Classical Greek vases have been an ongoing source of inspiration for Bonnie Meltzer for well over a decade. The elegant shapes of the urns influence the outside perimeter of Meltzer's work (most are not rectangular) and the Classical vase painting affects both her composition and subject matter. Some vases are predominatly crocheted while others do not contain any of the wire mesh. All contain recycycled computer parts.
